SAQ Training: Speed, Agility, Quickness
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Speed and Agility program at Skillz Soccer School during Term 2! This program is designed to improve the speed, quickness, and agility of our players, helping them to become more effective and successful on the field.
Our Speed and Agility program will include a variety of exercises and drills, such as sprints, agility ladder drills, and plyometric exercises, to help improve our players' speed, quickness, and agility. These exercises will be tailored to the specific needs of each player, and will be adjusted as they progress through the program.
In addition to the physical training, we will also be working on mental preparation and visualization techniques to help our players develop a winning mindset. We believe that a strong mental approach is just as important as physical training when it comes to becoming a successful player.
This program will help our players to take their skills to the next level, and we look forward to seeing the results on the field.
