Skillz FC U13s Secure Tournament Victory!
In the last tournament of the day, our U13's turned it on to become champions in a group that tested us in every way possible. We were grouped up with Future Stars, Baha Juniors and United FC.
The game of the tournament was played between Skillz FC and Baha Juniors. The sides could not be separated in a game that seemed to never end, with both sides needing a win it seemed as though neither were going to be able to claim it. However, our own James Frantz had a moment of magic that fooled everyone including the Baha team and clinched victory for Skillz FC.
Our U13's played with pride and the leadership shown by our boys filled all of us at Skillz FC with pride. A composed game against Future Stars gave us our first win, which led us into our toughest game of the tournament.
On the back of a massive victory in our second game, our lads had a professional performance against United FC, officially making our U13's Champions!
The resilience shown by our U13's was the most impressive aspect of the day and the medals the boys picked up are more than deserved. A big thank you to all involved and we can't wait to go again in the New Year!
